Good build but holes are too small

Build quality is good, finish is nice and smooth. The issue is the holes for the bolts are too small. My winch is a 3500lbs and the bolts are a 14mm hex nut. I can't fit the ratchet socket in the hole. Biggest is a 13mm. My original bolts were 3/4" long, so I bought 1.5" long bolts and added 4 lock washers to ensure the socket can grab the bolt. See pics

Bought fir my 2004 polaris sportsman 600. Couldn't reuse bolts that came with original roller. Needed different bolts. Would like to see bolts come with it.

Just happened to see one sitting on a shelf and grabbed it. I have a 2500lb winch on a little 300 Kawasaki. Fit perfectly, looks clean. No more of those ugly roller type.
