    OK if you are handy

I've had this for a while, and suffered the same "wheel loss" issue as other reviewers. Rather than try to find exact replacement casters, I located some heavy duty casters with threaded stems and with some step drills and a bit of filing with a metal file made them work. This turned out to be much better than the original ones, a bit larger diameter, and smoother.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Terrible to assemble - half the holes didn't line up

Terrible to assemble - half the holes didn't line up and the screws, nuts and bolts are soft/cheap metal. I just finished putting it together... Haven't used it yet. I wish I had read the reviews before buying it. Now let see if the wheels will fall off like described in other reviews.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible caster wheels. Just snap off

The product would be 5/5 except for the poor quality of screw threads/caster wheels. The threads just shred off after normal use. It’s been less than a year on mine and I’ve lost a wheel already and repaired the other wheel. Now the screw threads have completed shreaded off with nothing left to hold the wheels in place. I’ve toppled several times already. Just terrible.

    Solid piece of equip

Comments about assembly are basically true in regards to holes not lining up. I just made sure that nuts were tightened last and used plumbers pliers to squeeze 'U' frame and other parts together to get the holes line up. Made it much easier.

    Fair result, HORRIBLE process

The good: Great little seat, ok finish The bad : the assembly process, I mean it ! Do not follow instructions ! 1st assemble the seat brackets, ok easy 2nd loose fit everything else, everything is crooked and won't fit together if tightened in order like instructions says. 3rd If everyting got together tighten everything using 10mm and 13mm wrenches, the supplied one is absolute garbage

    Questions

    1 - 3 of 3 Questions

Q: So how do you get to the top step? Are you supposed to use the "cushion" as the 1st step? If so is it re-enforced so you do not damage the cushion after stepping on it repeatedly when going up & down the stool?

    1 Answer
    • A: The step height to the top step platform is 35.5cm in height from the ground, and designed to be a single step. The seat cushion is not intended to be a step and is not safe to do so, as the balance of the stool will not support weight in the step configuration.
