Poor Quality. .
Gave off a punjent odor similar to burnt plastic when in use for 30 minutes.
This non-manufactured North American inverter is a disappointment. Thx

I like this! It has 2 usb outlets, 2 regular AC outlets, and a lighter outlet. Its very convenient and the 150w output is plenty for what I use.

Nice little inverter for charging little stuff

We bought this just so the kids could charge their electronics on our 8+ hour drives back home. Works well and haven't had any issues with it so far. A little cumbersome but over all a nice unit

I purchased this product in March 2013, after extensive use the outlets stopped working in June 2013 (USB ports are functional though).
Things break so i am not upset, it really comes down to the customer service and how the company helps you to resolve the issues.
I have to say the customer service is a big reason I give this product 5 stars. Ok sure the device does have a 1 year warranty and you should expect a replacement. Customer service was very courteous and called me back a number of times to make sure the situation was resolved. Initially they sent me some fuses thinking that was the problem, but when that didn’t turn out to be the issue, without hesitation they sent me a replacement power bar all expenses paid by them (shipping). No issues no hassles.
The bower bar is working great and enjoying the flexibility of having USB and outlets in my car.

Great for camp!

The inverter worked well during a camping trip. Needed to stay in touch with home so it was necessary to have the phone charged, in addition, have a notebook with me. The nice thing is that this device comes with two power cords, one with alligator clips for direct connection to a battery and the other a cigarette lighter adapter. I brought up a utility 12v battery and a solar panel, used the alligator clips and I had endless hydro for the week.
For a more permanent install there is a clip on the back that you can slide the inverter on and off.
Nice piece of equipment!

A: SKU number 011-1904 has two cords, one is a DC cable with a cigarette lighter plug and the other is DC cable with battery clips. The length of DC cable with cigarette lighter plug is 32cm, DC cable with battery clips is 35cm. You can use DC cable with cigarette lighter plug to connect with 12v power outlet and use DC cable with battery clips to connect with the battery.
