Way too long. Won’t work for most boats

The one buckle should have been within a few inches of the buckle, but for some reason it had about 8ft of strap on both sides and only the one side is adjustable.

Design flaw

Completely useless, you will never find a video on how to work this thing. The locking mechanism is physically impossible to work, cheap knockoff product with failed design. Cough up the extra money and get a legitimate ratchet strap.

Excellent adjustment

Bought this today --- found on getting the package open that the strap was not fed thru properly and the adjustment buckle would not hold it in place. A quick google search and I was able to thread it properly. Works well and can be tighten easily. Goood quality strap and buckle.

Binds tight with cam-over handle

After reading the reviews, I was concerned that the strap might not tighten well. When you open it out of the package the cam over handle is already in the locked position. Sure enough, it would not tighten. When I first unlocked the handle, pulled the strap tight, then pulled the cam-over handle I was able to get the strap very tight. If it went any tighter, I would be concerned for the boat. It is a little different than the common racket style. More like a load binder. The velcro strap is a nice feature to hold the handle in the locked position and also hold any extra strap. The strap was more than long enough for my boat, but the extra easily tucked away under the velcro strap.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: I just bought two of these straps. It say fully adjustable. But for some reason it is only adjustable on one end. How do I make strap much shorter?

A: Hi! For this product, it has two ends: Fixed end and Adjustable end, the adjustable end can be adjusted, but the fixed end can't be adjusted. If you would like the fully adjustable strap, we suggest the product #0402924, it just has one part, and the strap can be fully adjustable.
