Don't get it wet!

I was super excited to receive this charging phone case. I like that it provides me with extra battery but be aware that if you get it even slightly wet, it will malfunction. Mine came into contact with a couple drops of water and now when I have it on my phone, it will start and stop charging continuously, until I take the case off. I know that's my fault but its worth knowing.

Almost perfect....

Overall, I like the Juice Pack. Not too large, but giving enough power to extend the battery life of my S10e, (an extra 2K ma). My only complaint is the cut out hole for the power button. The cutout is not large enough so it is difficult having the print reader getting a good read to unlock the phone. Also makes it difficult using the scroll function of the button.

Thoroughly underwhelming

Pros: -it extends your battery life -seems to be high quality construction Cons: -tiny battery that will give you approximately 50% of a charge. This would be fine if the product were slimmer, but it adds considerable bulk. -when taking off charger it automatically starts charging your phone (even though your phone is at 100%!) unless you remember to turn the battery pack off. More than a few times I would be out and about with a completely dead battery case uselessly clinging to my phone a mere hour or two after charging. -fingerprint reader is much harder to use Find a similar case for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Nothing but regrets for me.
