This electric water heater started to leak exactly 6 years after installation. Buyer Beware. Be sure to check tank regularly for leaks!

A: Yes - see page 15 of the user manual. It is factory set at 120 F, and you can adjust up or down. Be sure to turn of the power when doing so. 240V is lethal.

Q: Do I need to down size breaker and wire gauge? 125 amp service, 30amp 2 pole breaker, 10 gauge wire.

A: I called the number provided by CT, the answer to the question from customer service was, I did not need to down size the breaker or the wire gauge.

Q: What is the correct capacity of this heater? 22 US gallons IS NOT 108 liters, but more like 83 liters. Likewise if the tank is indeed 108 liters then the capacity IS almost 24 Imperial gallons. Also, what is the exact diameter of this heater?

A: The capacity of the water heater is 108 L (30 US Gallons). The diameter is 22” (55.9 cm).

Q: One of your commenters states that this tank does not come with a pressure relief valve BUT the picture of the tank shows one installed.... Does it come with or without this pressure relief valve?
