    Disappointed in quality of S7235SRS.

    Although our new faucet is beautiful we are disappointed in the quality and features. First, there are three main components - the base, the "arc", and the sprayer. The "finish" on the base and sprayer match but the "arc" finish is slightly different. It's as if they were "finished" separately during the manufacturing process. At the price of this faucet we expected exact match. Additionally, the handle "flow control" is stiff or sticky. That is, it's difficult to increase or decrease the water flow smoothly. Again this is disappointing, especially when the high price of the faucet is considered. Finally, the spray controls located in the sprayer head are difficult to use. It's too easy to inadvertently turn the sprayer on or off or accidentally press the increase flow button. We're sorry to say we were expecting more from a high-end Moen faucet.

    Confusing

    Well I just picked it up and had it installed today so as far as rating, it's a beautiful visual piece but as far as operations, thank God for my installer/Plumber Asst. who installs these pieces daily, he knew it's operations and showed me how it works. I have a family member who has one that looks the same, but not the same, the water falls a lot softer than this one. I'm a Moen Fanatic but to not see this work in the store first leaves a lot to desire, I may have changed my mind and passed on this one, I bought it on the visual look. Give me about a month for full review. As far as registering it, that is another problem to. Why can't the Model and Serial #'s be pre-Printed on the paperwork and marked the same. I don't know if the numbers were correct but I added what I found.

    I purchased this 2 years ago and loved it. However, water started leaking from the faucet head and now the faucet head pops off from the hose when you turn the water on high.
