Nice looking and good value

Although the tubular bar on this towel bar is fairly thin, it is rigid enough to hold the weight of a wet towel. The stand off posts are a nice heavy cast, and the chrome is feee of defects.

Constantly Falls off the Wall

We have a few of these in our house. Most are fine, but one falls off the wall every few months. The set screw loosens for whatever reason, and as my daughter is hanging up her towel, the bar and holder come off. It's annoying and we have no idea why.

Cheap mounting hardware makes it flimsy

One tiny, flimsy, and poorly designed screw that is supposed to attach the finished product to the wall mounting hardware makes this product fail. MOEN just needs to provide a longer and better screw, just one, and this product would work great. But now I have 2 holes in my bathroom wall, and the finished rack will not firmly attach to the mounting hardware.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Perfect fit and great style

I am updating my master bathroom to replace all the gold chrome fixtures with brush Nichol. Moen had just what I am looking for in styles and sizes. I bought a set that included 3 items called Sage. But I also needed a 24 inch towel bar and went with the Preston model. It fit perfect.
