I bought this unit approx. 6 years a ago overall a pretty good unit. Had to replace the cartridge once in that time. Biggest problem is how it mounts to the counter with only one mounting nut as I use a portable dish washer installing dish washer to spigot it would cause mounting nut to come loose and tap would flop around and eventually caused it to leak even with numerous times of crawling under sink to adjust the nut. Fairly good unit for the price and you don't use a portable dish washer

A: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials as follows when accompanied by proof of purchase. • Lifetime limited warranty – leak- and drip-free, all parts and finishes for original consumer purchaser as long as original consumer purchaser owns their home. Customer must have original proof of purchase. Contact your local Canadian Tire store for full details.
