Third One in Less Than 5 Years

Had a shower installed in December, 2015 using a Moen faucet and valve. Had to have the valve replaced in early 2017. It failed again last week, so I'm on my 3rd valve in less than five years. I thought I was going with a long-term quality fixture, but it's not working out that way. I registered this one (and suppose I should have with the others...or at least the 2nd one), but am wondering what's up with this valve? It sure doesn't seem to be made to make Moen look good.

I had a new shower head and single valve control installed in my guest bath today. It's attractive and smooth to use. I thought the price was very fair, I bought it at Furgeson's in Ft. Lauderdale.

Remodeled bath, installed shower, tub and sink with men valves and trim. Price was competitive. They were a breeze to install. Straight forward instructions. They also look great. Customer service was excellent. I list a set screw and had a replacement in 48 hours.
