Had this professionally installed when we had our bathrooms remodeled. Absolutely love the look and works great. The finish doesn't show water spots which is a huge plus.

I like the way the faucet looks but I don’t like how much play there is in the handle, the rubber seal that goes around the trim panel was way to thick, had to cut that down to make trim panel fit flush against the wall

Hello Daveand thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. We are sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with your Moen Lindor shower. The handle adapter screw or set screw is not tight enough if the handle feels loose. The gasket behind the escutcheon compresses when the screws are installed, we suggest alternating between the screws to ensure a tight seal. We are sending you an email so that we can work with you to troubleshoot the issue and to find a satisfactory warranty resolution.

Moen shower

seems like a quality product, surprised how the trim ring for the shower spout only had metal prongs to hold in place and if you slide it on after the pipe is screwed into the wall it leaves scratches all over the pipe. I also installed a less expensive rain shower head and valve from a generic company and they had a rubber grommet around theirs, much better idea. Also, to register this product they have a card in the box that says to take a picture on the side of the box for the warranty and yet there was NO printing like that. It says to upload the receipt (which I can not find ) so I hope that does not give Moen the out to not warranty my product.

The shower arm flange included with the Moen 82504SRN Lindor Posi-Temp tub/shower has 4-small tabs surrounding the opening that the shower arm passes through. These tabs will help to secure/stabilize the shower arm flange to the shower arm. The Moen lifetime limited warranty has always been for the original product purchaser and has always required proof of purchase. Routine maintenance requiring parts replacement does not require proof of purchase. We would suggest trying to locate the receipt and getting it to us to save it to the registered product. We are sending you an email and we appreciate you choosing Moen products for your home.
