Great pressure

Bought and installed this yesterday. Pressure is great but when installing the diverter valve no matter how tight you try to put it the diverter still spins causing the handheld to droop to the right. Not sure if this is just a problem with my shower neck or what. Had to use the diverter valve from the old one and just attach main shower head and handheld to that instead which worked luckily.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Quality assurance failed

a year ago

the first shower head I received the screw that holds the hand held in was loose and I couldn't figure out how to tighten it properly so I returned it. the second one I got the attachment for the hand held was the wrong way so thankfully with some brute force I was able to turn it to the right angle. I feel someone is failing on making sure they are in good order before shipping out. otherwise the product is amazing and I love the pressure.

High Water Pressure!!

Water pressure is still strong even among two shower heads and you could raise it even further by directing water output to either one of the heads.

Q: Are the heads fixed or can they be tilted inwards/outwards?

A: The "fixed" one can tilt in all directions, the handheld one, when held in its holder, will tilt up and down, but you can also swivel it left to right in its holder. So yes, they can be tilted.

Q: how do you stop the bracket from swiveling causing the hand shower to fall off,it's tight as it'll go AND STILL SWIVELS ?

A: If you are talking about the swivel for the corded/removable shower head; I just used a Philips screwdriver to tighten/loosen the screw, (hidden - but visible by removing the shower head from the holder), for the swivel without any problem. I tested it again just now to be sure.
