The coiled hose fits too tightly against my tile wall thus the head cannot be adjusted. I’m a small woman & when I reached up and (lightly) tried to adjust the head it came off with force, barely missed my head, rather frighteningp. Even with water saving on, the water flow very hard against my skin. I hired the plumber to come back again & remove it. I used it three times, can I return it & if so what is the procedure

Lots of water flow

The restrictor is easy to remove. Definitely do it. It's right in the handle of the shower head. Comes out easily with needle nose pliers. The hose is nice and long and flexible.
