Have had Moen handheld shower in one of the bathrooms for approximately 4 years. Professionally installed by plumber during bathroom reno. LOTS of plastic!! Within 1 year, the clampy thing holding the adjustable height spray fixture around the vertical post quit working effectively, and would slide down overnight. It would bottom out at the lower bracket. A type of plastic/rubber grommet inside the adjustment failed. Not really a fix for it, I can continue to see it failing again, had it been replaced. so...I just tightened a couple of white zip ties around the vertical post below the adjusting bracket to keep the showerhead from sliding down. And now, most recently, the hose blew apart near the shower head, so totally unusable. Be advised, the thread depth on Moen flex hoses are shorter than other manufacturers, so replacing just the hose is not the easy fix, it will leak from fitting, because it cannot be tightened up to the gasket...on either end of hose. Disappointed with this product, Moen.

My family purchased an older home 10 years ago. There were a variety of fixtures and hardware throughout the home. Many of the plumbing fixtures were crumbling/in bad shape, except one. The only fixture in the home with a Moen brand was the only one in nearly new condition. Since then we’ve only purchased Moen products and have never had any issues. We recently purchased a Moen shower wand and had a slider bar break after a few months. All it took was a quick email to Moen and without any hassle or questions, a new slider was in the mail. If that’s not perfect customer service, I don’t know what is. They stand behind their products 100%. I’ll be a customer for life.
