Do not recommend

Cheaply made and the fixture turns once connected. The weight of the handheld wand causes the connector to swivel and not stay in place. Very disappointing for a moen product

Cannot Secure Piece that is connected to the pipe.

As others have mentioned, once installed, the main piece rotates. There is not a way to make it more secure. It is a design flaw the main piece should not be seperate for the nut that screws onto the pipe. I bought this with confidence in the moen brand, but this is not useable.

Unstable .. will be returning

I have quite a few Moen products in my house, so i bought the 218COSRN. Like others have posted this shower head is completely unstable. It tilts to the side the minute the hand held is added so is not gong to work for me.

Please ensure the bracket is fully secure and the hose is straight. If the hose is touching the wall or another object, it could cause the handheld to twist; the bracket may need to be tilted upward. Doesn't install well, had to return

The showerhead does not stay upright -- it swivels to it's heavy side, and there's no way to adjust it up. No install instructions, even on the product page.

No Installation Instructions

Moen, you would have gotten 5 stars had you included installation instructions!! But you didn't, instead you wanted me to go online to see them. Easy enough, except, I ended up with all ads!! I just wanted the instructions!! Took me longer, but I figured it out. I should have given you 1 star, although this is a great product.
