A Fabulous Upgrade

I have purchased numerous Moen Integra faucets over the years, but this time went for the upgrade to this high arch, single handle, pull out dual-spray nozzle. We could not be more pleased with the sleek and modern look, verdatile functionality, and easy-to-clean surface finish. A microfiber cloth has it sparkling with ease. Hope to enjoy many long years of service from this faucet in our busy kichen.

Looks nice but drips after shut off.

Looks good, but drips after it is turned off and it is brand new! I wouldn't expect this dripping from such a high priced faucet. My Kohler high arc pull down kitchen faucet has never dripped. The plumber didn't know how to fix the drip, so I assume the faucet is defective.

We are sorry to hear your Moen Align One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet is dripping for you after it was installed. Typically, with a new installation damage to the cartridge can occur if sediment or debris breaks loose in the water lines during the new installation and will cause a drip. The 160657 cartridge will need to be replaced to resolve the issue you are experiencing. We have sent you an email to get more information so that we can work with you to find a satisfactory warranty resolution.
