    Garbage

    Looks great but is absolute garbage. Flow reduces over time and new cartridges do not help . Waste of time and money.

    Great products and terrific Customer Service

    I had a slight problem with a very expensive moen discontinued bathroom faucet. I notified moen customer service wich was very helpful and professional with a solution to my problem. Even after trying their solution the top base of the faucet was still very loose. I reached out again to moen customer service, I was impressed with their prompt response and the way moen customer service maintained a record of my previous call . Moen customer service recommended a replacement and I received it in 1 day . Thanks Moen

    The answer to the low flow problem is....

    ...the flow limiter. Our house is about 4 years old. Over the past 1-2 years the flow in 1 of 2 faucets in our master bath has slowly decreased, both hot and cold. Having 2, I switched the cartridges and it still occurred. Then I spied the very small plastic flow limiter at 12 o’clock about halfway radially. Using forceps with a twist to loosen it pulled out. There wasn’t much crud in it, but it looked like it was just made to be obstructed, so I just took it out. But without it flow was too great, so I just removed the small o-ring/washer and replaced the holder. Bingo. BTW, I did the same with the shower previously (that’s easier, it’s in the showerhead). Remembering that is what tipped me off. For the shower I installed a “Shut Off Valve Shower Head Valve with Handle Lever G1/2 Water Flow Control Valve Regulator”. It stumps me why I could not find this easy answer anywhere on the internet. Thank you, EPA or whatever government agency requires low flow everything. I don’t hold Moen responsible for this design flaw, and I presume they’re not able to even mention it as a problem. They don’t call it a flow limiter for nothing....

    Low to no water flow

    This product was installed on our new boat from the factory and is only 2 years old. We have had issues the entire time with low to no water flow with both hot and cold water. I replaced the cartridge thinking that was either defective or plugged and that did not remedy the issue. The only thing I can guess is that the water filters embedded in the water lines is plugged. I tried to unclog the water lines by using a solution of vinegar and water but that did not remedy the issue either. The design is such that water filters are not easy (impossible) to replace. The faucet looks great, but not practical at all. Anyone else having this issue?

    Outstanding Customer Service

    We built our home 5 years ago and had a problem with our S6700 faucet not delivering the supply line water. I contacted our supplier (we installed all Moen products in our home ) and they said to call Moen who would send out a replacement. Well, that's exactly what I did and in less than 5 minutes the new one is on it's way. This company deserves many kudos for the speed and service that was afforded us. The customer service rep was great, well trained, efficient - and very nice. Service of this quality is rare and I am happy to say they made me a customer for life. I can also say unabashedly that Moen stands behind their products and is a first class organization. I would recommend Moen highly to anyone.
