It was to heavy and long. It hit the ceiling when trying to adjust the angle.

Good showerhead

Overall it performs as it should. It does move when not in use and has to be readjusted everytime someone uses the shower (it tilts back and forth and gravity pulls it down).

Absolutely terrible

I bought this and installed it, the weight of the showerhead was too much to keep it at any angle besides pointing straight downwards, hitting the back of the shower door in such a way there was a huge puddle in the bathroom after 10 minutes. Don't waste your money, I am returning this garbage first thing tomorrow!
