I have been using Mobil 1 Truck and SUV full synthetic for many years first in a 1998 Ford F150 that was sitting at 350,000Km when retired for body damage and for our current light duty Ram 1500 with currently 120,00Km So Far Knock on Wood No oil system related failures.

A: If there is a difference between this product and the other mobil1 0w-20, it would be that it offers more engine protection for engines under more load. Yes, you can use it in your car. I used it in my car. I recently switched to 0w-30.
