It’s small and great for shorter trips.
For those of you wanting to use a small solar generator to run it away from a 12v source it worked great.
I ran this on my Anker Solix C300 ac 288wh at 300 watts and it gave me a load of 43watts and a constant run time of 5.6 hours with this little solar generator which I found to be more than acceptable.
I purchased this on clearance from Canadian tire for $120.
I thought my wife could use it when she drives out to New Brunswick from Ontario to see our so and his family.
It’s good for a few cold drinks and maybe a couple sandwiches and such which is all she would need to get her by while driving.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Je ne l'ai utilisée que pour un séjour en camping l'été dernier, afin de protéger mon insuline contre la chaleur; elle refroidissait assez pour mes besoins. Je l'avais toutefois protégé des rayons directs du soleil en la plaçant dans une mini-tente de rangement.

A: the cooler i have is the long narrow model i got for my freightliner big rig. they have a great number of squarer models that would fit your needs, i love these units, and have owned at least 12 of these great units. they even have fold up units for ease of storage for cars

A: I Sincerely Beleive this Mobicool Cooler uses Way Less power than my Old Big Bulky Koolatron. I often would have to boost the Trucks Battery after the Koolatron ran all night while I slept, but I have never had to Boost the Batteries on my Big Truck the next morning since I run the Mobicool all Night Long. I am not an Electrician and do not know much about amps and Watts, but I know this Cooler is easy on my Battery and easy to buy at any Canadian Tire Store.

THE MOBICOOL AC/DC ADAPTOR IS AVAILABLE FROM YOUR LOCAL CANADIAN TIRE STORE. THE PRODUCT # 37-0149. TO USE THE COOLER WITH 11OV, TAKE 12 V CORD FROM THE COOLER AND INSERT THE TIP OF THE CORD INTO THE NEW ADAPTOR, WHICH IN TURN IS PLUGGED INTO THE WALL OUTLET

A: This cooler can be plugged in permanently using a Mobicool AC/DC converter (product # 37-0149). Ideally, the cooler should be placed where there is no direct sunlight as this may affect the performance.
