in Dec 2020 bought the coat, only use it for going out in never for working in noticed last week the left side under the armpit is ripped about 12 inches. CTC should be more careful of the things they sell. I will now have to pay to have the coat fixed I payed 109.99

I really loved this jacket when I first bought it. It was warm and had convenient pockets. Unfortunately, the zipper started having issues in less than a month of wear.

A: We do not put a temperature rating on any jackets- we believe it is not a proper way to rate a jacket. the warmth of a jacket will depend on: a) outside humidity ( not only temperature) b) wind factor c) the layering user has underneath the jacket

A: Jackets can be cold washed or dry cleaned. We do not recommend hot washing as it can harm the coating on the fabrics.

A: There is no temperature rating on this jacket. a) the temperature is subject to both temperature and moisture- so it varies based on both these factors b) it always depends on how the clothing underneath is layered.
