Q: What is the best suited fertilizer for hydroponics in Canadian Tire? Hii!! I am looking for hydroponics fertilizer in Canadian. But I am not sure which one is best match. Can Please help me. Thank You

A: Miracle-Gro water soluble plant foods can be used for hydroponic gardening, but it will only supply urea form nitrogen and some of the most required micronutrients. Optimal hydroponic growth requires both nitrate and urea form nitrogen along with a full spectrum of micronutrients. For gardeners wishing to use Miracle Gro All Purpose Plant Food hydroponically, we suggest using a dilution rate of around 40 ppm of nitrogren or roughly 1/4 tsp per gallon.

A: Although it can be used in this respect, please note that it does not contain the complete nutrients for hydroponics. It is best to use a real hydroponics nutrient.
