Poor quality

Bought this thinking it would be a halfway decent banner. When I got all the pieces set up (you have to arrange each letter individually) it didn't even spell happy birthday. It says "hoppy birthaay"! I don't write reviews but I hope this stops someone from buying this. Yes, I am aware it could be a rare defect but it definitely was a bummer!
