Horrible quality

I've been using ninja cooking system 3in1 and 4in1 and got this one as a gift from a family member. I really despise this appliance. Pot scratches just by searing (whether you use silicone or bamboo spatula). No replacement pots can be bought (ninja multicooker has a replacement insert on ninjakichen.com). Labels on function buttons dissolve and disappear. Too expensive and total garbage. Crockpot may have been a good brand before my time,but personally I'll stick with ninja products.

Slow Cooking doe not work

I loved the idea of a slow cooker with a browning feature. I tried cooking a beef brisket and after 13 hours of cooking (half of the time on high) the meat was still too tough to eat. Tried it a second time with a chicken casserole with vegetables and the carrot slices were still hard after 6 hrs of cooking on high. Such a disappointment. I will be giving this appliance away and looking for a better one from another company.

Teflon started to wear off

I was so happy when we got this.. used it at least twice every week. It's been 1 year now and the Teflon has started to peel. We have had pans that have lasted way longer. It is sad since the slow cookers we have had from crock pot definitely have lasted us more than 1 year.

I love this product but have concerns and can no longer use my pot as appears coating is peeling and chemical reaction has occurred. Unit is perfect, can I purchase a replacement pot?

A: This has a Duracermic coating from GMM so that it is PTFE-free.
