It works very well, and it's very light. The hard surface brush is excellent it pickup dust right against the wall very well. The rotary carpet tool work very well. Great suction. I recommend the product.

I bought this vacuum at Canadian Tire on sale 34 days ago and was unable to unpack it and try it right away out due to a broken wrist. I tried it out yesterday and found it too difficult to push the powerhead across the carpet no matter what the setting. Today I went to return it and was told that 30 days had passed and I could not return it. Here I am with an expensive vacuum I can not use :(

I’ve only used it twice but I love it. It works on carpet or hard floors, better than my old Electrolux (which was pretty good). It is light, easy to move around, the electric brush head is a perfect size, and the body size with its hose “parking” allows for easy storage. No need to banish it to the garage like the other vacuums I’ve had.
