The Metabo HPT 18V Battery & Charger Starter Kit powers up your cordless tools with its included rapid power tool battery charger and two lightweight 3.0Ah lithium-ion batteries. Smaller and lighter than traditional 18V batteries, these pack extended runtime thanks to advanced protection circuits guarding against overcharging, deep discharging and overloading. An integrated cooling fan keeps the battery temperature down during rapid charging while a resin coating adds durability.
Metabo HPT Battery and Charger 18V Starter Kit includes a rapid charger and two (2) 3.0Ah batteries
Battery is 3/4" (1.9 cm) smaller in size than traditional 3.0Ah battery
Multiplex protection circuit protects battery from over-charge, over-discharge, and over-load
Built in fan circulates air through battery body to reduce the risk of overheating while charging
0.6 lb (0.3 lb) lighter and 3/4"(1.9 cm) smaller height than standard 18 V Li-ion 3.0 Ah batteries (as compared to Metabo HPT BSL1830)
Resin coating protects battery electronics from a degree of dust and water
