I really like this kettles. I bought it for second time. After a while a small part of the first kettles in handling part came out and i felt is not safe to used anymore and i bought the new one. I hope it will not happen to this one soon

Q: Do I put the thin metal trivet on top of my gas stove burner and then place this kettle to heat? Or I can directly place this kettle on my gas stove (I’m afraid of breaking the glass)?

A: You do not need to use the trivet on a gas stove. It only needs to be used on an electric stove with exposed coils.
