purchase a better product

i purchased this set over a year ago. I always tighten the lug to proper specification in order to help in the remove of the locks when needed. This year i went to remove the lugs and the patter in the key sheared making the removal of the lock not possible. When i contacted the company they said it would cost over $25.00 for a new key plus shipping. At that point I went back to CT and express my concern with the product. They said this happens all the time. I am sure you could imagine the look on my face. I had them professionally removed at my cost. Please stop selling substandard products......
