very tough - we ship via UPS all over the place, one has been shipped more than 50 times and very little wear and tear. the zippers don't break and it looks almost completely the same after a year as it did when purchased. the outside pieces are slightly scratched. the wheels still are functional and even work in gravel. highly recommend.

My bag is completely full of heavy tools and most often overloaded. I also often transport other heavy tools strapped on top. It's been loaded and unloaded and wheeled to various job sites daily. I extended the handle (probably violently), and it broke off. I was able to screw it back together using light guage steel and wrapped electrical tape around it, and it's held up fine. However, the button to raise/lower the handle doesn't work anymore, and I have to push in the little locking devices in with my finger to lower it. That doesn't bother Me. The 2 zippers on the main picket have both broken. I believe this was caused from overloading the bag. That's fine - it still is mostly covered with the way it is designed. All of the wheels have become bent, making transport rather difficult. That's fine - I like the workout. Some wear/holes on the outer pockets from having things in them and being scraped against corners, door frames etc. I feel like I have gotten my money's worth at this point and have been looking around at other options but I think I'm going to buy old faithful again and treat her a little better this time! oh and the thing sucks to roll through the snow but again I don't mind the workout. 5 stars
