Great top box! Lots of room, high quality drawer sliders and latches. The only feature that I would add would be a power bar. (No power in the top, although there’s a hole for you to add your own)

Nice tool box. I have it on the base unit so it all looks great. If I added the middle unit, I think I'd have a tough time using the top drawers (I'm 5'10"). Check the measurements if you're considering the whole set.

A: Yes. The way the lock works is through the handle of the drawer. You pinch it when you open it, this releases a latch and then the door opens. It’s a very good unit and well-built.

Q: What are the specifications of the keylock. How long is the barrel (?). Can it be replaced? Are the three matching pieces keyed the same? This is for products 5813764 top / 5813982 mid / 5813772 bottom

A: The barrel of the lock is 0.68'' long (see below photo). It cannot be replaced. If the barrel is break down, the whole lock set need to be replaced. The three matching pcs are not keyed the same, the key code is random for each unit.
