Unfriendly staff

Not sure who actually will see this, but my experience at the okotoks Canadian Tire was disappointing! Was in the tool section and couldn't find anyone, so I went to the hardware section and asked an employee if she could assist me on getting someone to help me! She looked at me with a scowl and replied with a a very snotty, " I guess I can get someone for you.
Next was the help that came. This guy was so unprofessional! Definitely looked like he should have stayed home that day. I've been shopping at Canadian Tire since I was a kid! I'm now 53.. I honestly don't think I will return.

Box damaged, not compensated well enough.

Not happy with the price I had to pay for the condition that it was in. Was marked down on clearance, but the price still did not reflect the condition that it was in. Spoke to manager about a discount and said all he could do was $25.. if I wasn’t in a pinch looking for a brand name box, I would have walked away.

I bought this to organize an area of my basement. It's a bit large, and heavy, and not what I'd consider portable. But this is a quality toolbox, and excellent for my purpose.

Grab this is you can find it. Last of it's kind. Heavy Duty. Locking Drawers. 100lb Drawers!! No Tiny Rivets holding these Slides on. Being replaced by thinner lighter metal version. This one weighs about 40lbs more than the new replacement. that tells you something,

A: Yes. The way the lock works is through the handle of the drawer. You pinch it when you open it, this releases a latch and then the door opens. It’s a very good unit and well-built.

Q: What are the specifications of the keylock. How long is the barrel (?). Can it be replaced? Are the three matching pieces keyed the same? This is for products 5813764 top / 5813982 mid / 5813772 bottom

A: The barrel of the lock is 0.68'' long (see below photo). It cannot be replaced. If the barrel is break down, the whole lock set need to be replaced. The three matching pcs are not keyed the same, the key code is random for each unit.
