Q: Can it be locked? Can it be use as carry on to board a plane?
4 years agoA: As I answered before it does not have lock with key by itself but you can buy a separate lock to lock it because it has two holes for you to hook the lock to lock it .

4 years agoA: Its a stamdard 2 layer system with solid base and pick and pluck foam on the top layer. Very easy to customize.

Q: Can you buy the foam inserts separately?
5 years agoA: No. I was given the number for Maximum Customer Service - couldn't help. Then I went on to Canadian Tire Corporate and they told me that replacement foam was not available for purchase, but that I could exchange the case under the 5 year warranty.

Q: What are the external dimensions? Under "features" you list the internal dimensions twice. This appears to be an error, but in any case, the external dimensions are needed for anyone who might consider this product as potential carry-on luggage.
