Q: What is the length of the ladder
3 years agoA: When completely telescoped in, the ladder is 12 and a half feet, or 385 cm long, which poses a bit of a storage challenge. It extends up to twice that length with the help of a built-in pulley cord.

Q: Is there a lifetime warranty on this like most maximum line products? The locks no longer release properly after 2 months. It's a pain to have to lay the ladder down and hold the locks to retract it every time.
