Strong gun for the jobs at task .

This tool being the first one of these I have owned impresses me with 165 lbs and the 5 1/2" long head good for bumper removal on pick up trucks . Good value being a tool , two batteries 20 v , charger and a bag to carry it all .

I love maximum power tools this is my second one I bought a high torque impact wrench last month I just want to buy something a little smaller and easy to go in places for medium light duty jobs I think the maximum are the best tools that Canadian tire have great value strong and reliable rules best thing is get them on sale thank you Canadian tire

Q: How does this work on lug nuts and suspension components? Would it break an axle nut free?

  • A: You have 2-options within the Maximum 20V Cordless Impact Wrench. Model 54-3245 features 145 ft-lbs of torque. The other option is the Model 54-4274 featuring 3-torque adjustments (on the foot of the tool) with the peak torque setting offering 350 ft-lbs. Torque requirement by application will vary due to the circumstances, e.g. rust, over-torqued, etc. If you are looking for the greatest flexibility for a variety of applications model 54-4274 is the better option. If you are looking for applications more aligned to tire rotation and seasonal switch overs, tool 54-3245 will be sufficient for you.

Q: Does this tool share the same batteries as the rockwell 20v max range

  • A: Sorry, the Rockwell 20V Max Lithium-Ion batteries aren’t compatible with this tool. The batteries included with this tool work with the MAXIMUM 20V Lithium-Ion Tools & Kits (2.0Ah batteries included also sold separately as 0543203)
