It has really good suction. The feet often fall off of it though when I pick it up which can be annoying. Otherwise, its a great vacuum.

Q: Extension Hose I would like to get another hose to "extend" the one it comes with. I have already tried the Shopvac version and it is not compatible is there one I can use?

A: Thank you for your question. Yes, the vacuum hose is detachable. Please note that the same hose is used for blower and vacuum operation. The only difference is the connection of the hose. Please see page 11 of the owner's manual for blower operation.

Q: Is a replacement filter locking cap available for the 45L mastervac (54-0010-8)? The cap that holds the filter in place for my 45L mastervac cracked and I would like to replace it instead of buying a whole new vacuum. Thanks
