Equipped with a high flow pump, this parts washer cabinet provides a circulated solvent at 1 gallon (3.5L) per minute for efficient cleaning. The flexible nozzle on this industrial parts washer is ideal for directing the solvent over items that need cleaning. Heavy-duty welded steel construction gives this 20 gallon parts washer maximum durability, strength, and long-lasting-performance. The hinged lid uses a fusible link that automatically shuts the parts washer in the event of a flash fire. This small parts washer has a removable parts shelf and parts basket, making the cleaning process quick and easy.

1 hour of use Pump Died

As the title says. I have used this product for a total of maybe 1 hour. The pump has died and just makes a grinding noise and no fluid flowing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: can varsol be used in this mastercraft parts washer? Please answer yes or no, I can read the manual but the text book answer does not answer my question.

A: No, any solvent that is not water base will damage the pump. Varsol, gasoline etc will burn the rubber impeller inside the pump.

Q: does it specify varsol type degreeaser or green non solvent degreaser,some are only non solvent degreasers

A: Thank you for your question! Kindly clean parts with water or household detergents only. Do not use volatile flammable solvents such as gasoline, toluene, diesel fuel, MEK or 1,1,1,-trichlorethane.

Q: The pump in mine is gone (way out of warranty) can I get just a new pump?

Q: Will varsol or other mineral based solvents damage the pump? Same as the other 3 people. I don't want a recommendation on solvents. Can the pump do it?

A: We don't recommend varsol and mineral as the solvent ,the solvent PH should be 6-8 , please make sure the solvent PH within the range before using.
