This Mastercraft carpenter square can provide a convenient solution for woodworking, carpentry, and countless other applications. The framing square’s epoxy finish provides it with additional resistance to rust and other forms of damage over time, while its durable steel body allows it to more easily resist the likes of scratches or impacts that occur while working. The gradations of this framing square are marked in metric units, but other units and notations are available.

not a good experience at all! the presentation is FALSE. these are NOT Stainless Steel. and the return process was a nightmare, finally got a "refund" as I returned them at the exact same time I picked them up as they were Falsely presented and it took 4 DAYS to get my payment back!!
it took the like 2 SECONDS to TAKE my money and 4 days to return it!!! so i could go some other place to buy the REAL, actual STAINLESS STEEL ones!

Love that it's metric but the sticker is awful

I'm a big fan of metric tools because inches are a dumb unit system, so I was happy to buy this square. But the sticker was a pain to remove. See the photo to see what I mean.

I would not recommend this product for 2 reasons. First when I purchased the square it had an 8 inch label over the 24 inch side that covered a significant portion of the scale so you could not read it. Because the item was listed as Stainless steel I soaked it for an hour in hot water to try to remove the label. This was not successful at all. It took me 20 minutes of soaking it in goo-gone and scraping to remove it with a lot of effort. The result of soaking it in the water caused the engraved scale to start to rust so this is either NOT stainless steel or it is very impure.
The square itself is accurate, as with any new tool I tested it against a known good square.
No, I do not recommend this product.
