Q: Bit holder doesn't fit driver handle or flex shaft, bits fall out other end when u tip it. Can't seem to figure out why it's there if it doesn't fit anything. Did I get a bad one? IS it supposed to interchange with the above? Need to know if need2 return

A: When you push the bit in it will feel like it bottoms out, just push a little harder and it will slide into the retension spring.
