Q: what is the largest size socket... both, SAE and on the Metric side? Thanks
14 years agoA: 19mm and 3/4". But guess what? They don't give you 18mm. What is the point of giving you 19 and 3/4 since they are interchangeable, and then not give you 18? It's a mystery I've never been able to figure out about mastercraft.

Q: I have bought this tool set at a great price. it looks good so far. The only issue is that ratchet moves only in one direction (towards tightening the bolts). Is there any way it can be moved in reverse direction as well? Please advise
13 years agoA: The ratchet should change tightening direction by switching the round cap clock wise or counter clock wise. If this is not occurring, please return the item to your local store with your receipt for warranty assistance.
