I really like this kit, it is the second time I have purchased it and I believe it's well worth the price. I love that there are so many different kinds of bits in the case and the extra different types and sizes make it a must have kit for any hobbyist with a rotary tool.

Poorly made case

Case is poorly made and won’t stay closed, opens up contents fall out. Wanted to return the case for another, snd the last one in the store also had flimsy latch.

A: yes i have a jobmate dremel tool...the standard 1/8 shaft fits many guns and brands, not just mastercraft...but when my jobmate dies i will buy a mastercraft

Q: Where is the Instructional Manual? Hello, I bought this toolkit and it did not come with any instructions or manuals, I see there is a link to an online manual but its very small and I cannot read it, Can you send me a link to a proper instructional manual?

A: Download that PDF to your phone, and zoom in to your hearts desire. Or print it off so you have a paper copy. If yours really didn’t come with the manual. Print at a copy place, keep your receipt. See if Cantire reimburses you :)

Q: does it's working on my dremel 4000 and do they have some cuting disc?

A: This set can be used on Dremel 4000 and it includes 140pc cutting discs: 20pc fibreglass-reinforced cut-off wheels(10pc 1 1/2" diam., 0.045" thick & 10pc 1 1/4" diam., 0.045" thick); 60pc cut-off discs(15/16" diam., 1/64" thick); 60pc cut-off discs(15/16" diam., 1/32" thick).

Q: why is there not a list of what bit does what. ie which bit do I use for the plunge router. also a description on how to connect and use the flexible shaft assembly. the owners manual list's the bits, it does not say what they are used for.

Q: Can anybody tell me what the differences are between these rotary tool accessory sets and which is the best one to purchase? Either the Maximum 288-pc #054-4210-8, the Mastercraft 301-pc #054-5517-4 or this Mastercraft 500-pc #054-4749-8.

Q: What happened to the tungsten carbide cutter bit that used to be included as standard in these kits? I have a mastercraft 54-4743-0 Rotary Tool Kit. Its near 20yrs old. And I JUST misplaced my tungsten bit 2 days ago.

A: The ROTARY TOOL,156PC MC has been discontinued and we have changed models since then. The carbide tipped bits are sold separately.
