Falling Apart, Leaking

Bought a year or so ago. Hose simply began crumbling and leaking air. The blue coating has fallen off in large scales, the hose is trash now.
Don’t rely on it
No, I do not recommend this product.

have owned 2 of these in the past 6 years.. both of them break , auto retract breaks and becomes useless..

Unsafe product

Not sure that this product is safe
Using this product under normal conditions and the hose blew out near the crimp at the end with a loud pop and piece flying off
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: I cant even get mine to Retract in even when I try to reset it. I also don't like the fact that its not cold weather rated ( only minus 5).

Q: Will this reel extend and lock part way, or does it have to be fully extended to lock in place? Can it be mounted upside down on the wall and still operate as intended.

A: It can lock at any length. I'm not sure about upside down. Mine is on the ceiling.
