Its nice to have one charger for all your batteries, assuming you only ise mastercraft. At any rate, this charger takes care of your batteries and you dont need to babysit or worry about overcharging

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: what does error code E4- Charger circuit open mean

    1 Answer
    • A: E4= Charge circuit Opened. This means when you put the battery on charge there may not be enough resistance on the battery contacts. We recommend you pry out the metal contacts inside the cavity of your charger and put the battery back on charge to see if that resolves the issue. Upon reinserting the battery you should feel more resistance however if this dose not resolve the issue it means the battery is no longer charging and will need to be replaced.

Q: What do the error codes mean? I am getting a E1 error on my charger and would like to know what it means. Is is a battery issue or a charger issue? thanks

    1 Answer
    • A: An E1 error code is telling you the charger is not recognizing the battery. Pull the battery out & clean the metal contacts of the battery. Put the battery pack back the charger to see if the issue is resolved & if not call the toll free number below. 1-866-349-8665

Q: Diagnostic multi-source, multi-voltage, switch-type charger Please more info about these specifications Diagnostic the state of batteries ? multi-source Nickel Cadnium / Lithium Ion ? multi-voltage 120V and or 220v switch type No switch seen on the power supply

    1 Answer
    • A: 1-There are 6 numerical codes and 1 symbol to indicate a probable cause for a battery failure. 2. It charges either Ni-cad or Li-ion Mastercraft Power Exchange battery packs. 3. Input is nominal 120VAC voltage only. A step down transformer is required for 220VAC. 4. This charger is a Switch Mode Power supply with optical control feedback to regulate charging, exercise temperature control and cell protection. 5. This power supply shuts itself off and has enough redundant protection circuitry to be ETL (same as CSA/UL) certified for use without an On/Off switch.
