Sanding pad did not fit the tool that came with the saw thankfully there was one in the kit as well. One would expect that if it’s sold under the same name it would be same size

Poor quality

Very poor quality. I needed to remove soft wood and the blade smoked and became dull very quickly. Better to spend more on a single blade that will do the job and last. I do not recommend this kit.

Q: Is there a bit/blade that allows to cut into the head of a screw that is stripped, like you can do with a hack saw blade?

A: There is a 3-7/16"(87.3mm) metal and wood semicircular saw blade in the set which can be used to cut the screw head. Sku 0545569(MAXIMUM Titanium Bi-metal wood & metal blade ,1-1/4-in), sku 0545506(Mastercraft 1-1/4-in wood and metal flush cut blade) and sku 0545505(Mastercraft 3/4-in wood and metal flush cut blade) can also be used to cut cut the screw head.

Q: Will these work with the Dremel Multi-Max Oscillating Tool? Will only the Dremel accessories work with Dremel or will the Mastercraft brand work with a Dremel oscillating too as well?

A: No, these will not fit the Dremel Multi-Max Oscillating Tool. I asked for instructions on how to install the MC tools on the Dremel Multi-Max Oscillating Tool without an answer.

A: 1. For the 3-1/8" Triangle Carbide Rasp, it is ideal for sanding and shaping corners and tight spots that other blades can't reach. This one is sold separately at Canadian Tire --# 054-5511. 2. For the 2-1/2" Carbide Grit Semicircle Blade, it can be used to cut tile grout, mortar, concrete, hardened adhesives. The design of flat side allows this cutter to completely work all the way into the corners without damaging opposing walls or surfaces. This one is sold separately at Canadian Tire --# 054-5510.

Q: What is the fully round wheel for? In the picture, on the right-hand side, just below the sanding pads and above the flush cut blades, there is a fully round silvery color wheel. What is that wheel used for? Is it sold as a separate accessory as well?

A: The image on the website is the old version blades, now we have updated the blades to quick change version, but the image on the website have not been updated, please refer to attached new image. For the part in the red circle, it is diamond grit saw blade, it works great on ceramic and stone, ideal for cutting out damaged tile. Unfortunately, it isn't sold as a separate accessory. The website image will be updated shortly.

Q: Does this fit the Mastercraft 2.2 Amp Multi-crafter tool (054-8251-6) I bought last year that does not say universal adapter on the box? I bought 054-8251-6 in September of 2016. The box does not say universal adapter on it and the new 054-8251-6 boxes do. Will this work with my older tool? I have included a photo of the adapter on my tool. Thanks.
