Drawers don’t slide properly, stick, come out crooked

Super cute and appeared well made UNTIL you have to use the drawers. They work horribly. You have to hold down the top of the unit and pull them out, they stick, come out crooked, you have to jiggle them, and the metal on metal sound, don’t even get me started; and if you use it daily it becomes very frustrating to the point that I dreaded using my pink ones for makeup. I bought two red ones for my husband and I was going to fill it with his gifts but I ended up returning all 4 because of this. Mastercraft, please do better! Such a key component to fail on. If this problem existed on the larger scale item it would never fly.
