Mesh detail sanding sheets

Garbage. The backing came off less than 10 mins. into using it... Could not put it back on so it was useless. Will be returning it.

Poor Hook and Loop Adherance

Stock removal was good but the backing adherance to the hook and loop was poor at best.bIt It did not stay onfor more than 10 minutes.

Doesn’t stand up

I bought this and a pack of the zirconia pads to prep a car for paint. These just dont cut well. The zirconia pads were much more effective at removing old flaking clearcoat and for roughing up the basecoat ahead of primer. I haven’t tried them on wood, but for my project, they were an ineffective option.

Q: Would you please tell me what the grit of the abrasive is in the Mastercraft Mesh Detailed Sanding Sheets, 30-pc Product #054-2213-4? This is a fundamental specification for any abrasive product. Are they all one grit or a combo pack? Please describe.

A: • The combination pack contains 220Grit (x10), 150 Grit (x10), 120Grit (x5), 60 Grit (x5) • The hook and loop sanding sheets can fit most detail sanders, or it can be cut to size for smaller detail end sanders • Micro mesh can rinse in water for extended life • The silicon carbide grit can be used for multi-purpose sanding in plastics, wood and metal.
