Exactly what it is supposed to be.

Previous review is correct about labels and glue residue, but WD40 made quick work on packaging glue residue. Bins are excellent. Good quality, optional stack locks work great and option to have a handle to carry. Fair price for the quality of the product. After buy two - 2 packs, I bought three more pairs since they were so good.

Be careful which bin you get.

There is 2 different UPC numbers for these bins. This part number with UPC code 6947384811706 with the labels that have a yellow backing stay away from, unless you want to be using goo gone for hours. The other bins have a better label that is not quite as sticky so they come off nicely, these ones break up worse than a security label. Its sad that the same bins have 2 different labels with different UPC numbers but one is a pain to remove. The bins with UPC 731161037702 are much easier to remove and come with labels with a white backing.

No, I do not recommend this product.
