Wrong ladder

Ordered on line. Was given a different ladder. It was similar but only has one shelf. Only noticed the difference when I first used it. To far away to change.

The ladder Canadian Tire stocks under this stock code is not this ladder. I bought it for the advertised (in picture and in the features text) having TWO standing platforms and the one they stock instead only has the top one. This is also true of the fiberglass version. When I pointed this out to the store manager where i purchased it, Thunder Bay Center, she told me I shouldn't have bought it (how would I know?) and was wasting her time with extra paper-work. loss of a star for horrible customer service.

Ladder was Solid, Reliable and Easy to Open and Close

I was repainting a pool room with a high ceiling so I needed a larger ladder. Since I am in my late 70's reliability and sturdiness was of primary importance. This ladder happily met all my needs. It even has a latch on the top step which locks the ladder open. Very solid construction but also pleasantly light to carry around.

We have high ceilings in our house, so this ladder is excellent for getting to those hard to reach places. It's also really light weight, so moving it around is super easy!
