Sheared the head

24 days ago

Within 40 staples I sheared the head off. I was hammering staples off with the beak and within 40 the head sheared off. Spend the extra money and get GOOD pliers or you’ll be replacing them often.

Priced right

I bought the pliers to remove fence staples from a couple of panels. I saw that it was made from high carbon steel, thought to myself that I am making a good choice. I used the hook to raise the staples by hammering the face of the pliers. The rippled face flattened after being hit with the hammer. Not what I expected from high carbon steel. It survived the job and at that price point I'll take it as a win.
