No connectors for tire inflator

There are no connectors that allow the air chuck to connect to the Schrader-valve tire inflator. Seems poorly thought out. Parts are of mediocre quality but adequate for the price.

Q: How can these pieces be assembled to use the tire inflation tool? I have tried all combinations but with the pieces provided I am unable to attach the tire inflation tip. The center pin in the tire inflation tool that depresses the valve stem is loose
