    Leave it on the shelf...

Anyone who thinks this is a good blade hasn't used a Freud blade... I got this blade to use in my chop saw (which was the recommended use) but brought it back after using it for only an hour. it was burning and jamming so bad that the saw was kicking back. What a difference when i switched to the freud.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Good Blade

Bought this to use on my Mastercraft table saw and it worked perfectly. I was cutting some laminated shelving and needed a higher tooth count blade. This did the trick but for finer detailed work get a much higher tooth count.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    • A: I would use it. The newer mitre saw that I have gotten recently came with a 60 tooth blade.

    • A: I have used a 40 tooth blade and gotten good results but it is not for everyone. If you get chipping on the laminate then go to a finer blade.

Q: What kind of work does this Combination Blade best for? This Mastercraft 10-in. Combination Blade does not have any explanation on what work it does better. Could you please explain what project we should use it for? Thanks,

    • A: You can use this blade on most jobs. What you have to look for is the finish of the cut. If you have a finish that is rough looking you are either feeding too fast of need a finer blade.
